| Review: When you're competing for a slice of the box office dominated by children and their competition is a pair of consequences / prequels to create (and familiar) characters have a name as evocative as Epic is a great way to improve brand awareness. The downside is that instantly put too high expectations, and not less than, erm, epic, seems like a missed opportunity. Beautifully designed and full of action, this movie franchise from the creators of Ice Age has stunning visuals and wonderful shots of certain parts? in short, creating a small forest world that is infinitely creative and always fun to watch? still trying to make an impact on what really matters: the story. This story is focused on the environment, sometimes morally strong and noisy police shut uses the results of their various strands of the plot, while the main group of players features are highly dependent banal and stereotypical. Voice cast? including Colin Farrell, Amanda Seyfried, Josh Hutcherson, Jason Sudeikis, Steven Tyler and Beyonce Knowles? are all very good without being memorable villain Christoph Waltz and Aziz Ansari impeccable and enchanting combination Chris ODowds crowd laughing Slug / proven to be issued highlighted. Epic is a family movie and is solid enough to warrant a visit to the cinema during the school holidays, but unfortunately does not live up in its title. |
